Transformational breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that uses conscious breathing, music, and guided facilitation to access deeper layers of the body and subconscious mind.

Unlike meditation, breathwork allows you to move energy, release stored tension, and create real emotional and physical shifts — without needing to talk through everything.

Each class is intentionally designed to meet you exactly where you are.
